This policy applies to Glow Pro purchases from My Guy Concepts Limited. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Pro plan installments and extra measurement and rendering bundles.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at support@roofglowpro.com and we'll help. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Cancelling

You can stop paying future installments at any time. Access you've already paid for continues until the end of that paid period.
